Abstract

:Legalism and the discretionary authority were great tools for the development of capital accumulation, since it is on barrier mechanisms and subterfuges according to the occasion and under the guise of morality to legality restricted system. These events come to demonstrate that excessive competition and insatiable accumulation has lost the space for projects aimed at more subjective valuation of other bodies such as the quality of life, contrary thought hitherto advocated. Considering these aspects, we discuss the social capital and social economy enterprises and thus demonstrate how the solidarity economy can be outlined as mechanisms that recover the fundamental ethical and moral precepts for social growth and appreciation of the person and his work.
