Abstract

In administration area, the term development means that the actions of empowerment occur in an equitable way, developing in an equanimity way in the economic, political, environmental and social areas. On the other hand, the sustainable development occurs when there is interaction among these areas in a balanced way among all social actors, promoting life quality and well-being in the present and in the future. The enterprise organizations, together with the public politics, the sustainable regional development mechanisms. The main goal of this study is to analyze the Adding Valor Demonstration as a mechanism of development in the dimension of social  sustainability.  The study was based on exploratory, bibliographical and documental researches with analyses of quantitative data e case student.  The studied temporal data is limited to the years 2011 and 2012. The DVA analyses were presented with information of two enterprises (financial institutions), that allow to identify their own behavior concerning    the destiny of resources to employees, to the government, besides the ones which were shared to the partners, and this way it is possible to inferring that the AVD  is a tool which is able to be adopted in the measurement of social sustainability.
