Sobre verdad y veracidad en Nietzsche

Las interpretaciones actuales sobre lo que Nietzsche pensaba que era la verdad siguen siendo tributarias de las críticas de Habermas y Foucault. A pesar de transitar por caminos diferentes, estas lecturas convergen en mostrar que Nietzsche fue el primero de los negadores de la verdad. El tema de este escrito es problematizar estas lecturas mostrando que una de las cualidades más esenciales de Nietzsche es la obstinación con la que se aferró a un ideal de veracidad que necesariamente supone buscar la verdad. La pregunta que nos guiará es: ¿en qué medida el valor de veracidad supone la necesidad de descubrir la verdad? Con ese objetivo en mente, nos apoyaremos en las investigaciones de Bernard Williams sobre la verdad y la veracidad para clarificar el pensamiento de Nietzsche sobre estas cuestiones.
