La estructura teleológica como base de la autonomía de la Facultad de Juzgar

La propuesta de una Facultad de Juzgar por parte de Immanuel Kant ha sido objeto de múltiples interpretaciones tanto por su peculiar universo de objetos como por su rol de puente entre Razón Teórica y Razón Práctica. Este trabajo propone tomar la estructura teleológica que utiliza Kant para fundamentar la autonomía de la Facultad de Juzgar y su necesidad trascendental. Teniendo en cuenta los abordajes tradicionales acerca del lugar sistemático de la KU, orientados hacia el conocimiento teórico o la dimensión práctica como guías estructurales de la unidad del texto e incluso a veces del propio sistema trascendental, la estructura de la teleología - presentada aquí desde las Introducciones y el caso paradigmático del juicio de gusto - arroja luz sobre las dificultades kantianas para introducir los límites y relaciones de una facultad sin dominio propio.
