Abstract

This article aims analyze the strategies of communication and publicity of the Continued Benefit Provision (BPC) adopted by federal agencies, state and municipal legal competences attributed in the framework of municipality of Belo Horizonte. The research methodology used procedures bibliographical, documental and field through semi-structured interviews with managers and / or responsible for the BPC in federal agencies, state and municipal. The semi-structured interviews were held with managers organs that respond by BPC in the municipality. For executors research was delimited only New Regional Sales. The survey was configured so as qualitative in nature therefore involved the analysis of the perceptions of managers and / or responsible for the BPC. The research showed the absence of institutional strategies and planned to disseminating to the BPC, and the lack of articulation and interaction between institutions surveyed.
