Abstract

The present paper aims to analyze the perception of Carlos
Drummond de Andrade concerning the childhood in Brazil patriarchal and semi-patriarchal and how this perception converts in an aesthetics and plurissignificative vision of the Brazilian child, subordinate to the familiar, scholar and church rigidities discipline, until the beginning of century XX. The analysis emphasis will happen about the poems Noturno, Revolta and Quarto Escuro
