The objective of this work is to present the results of our investigations into distributive justice, according to Aristotle, in the works Nicomachean Ethics (EN.) and Politics (Pol.) and the contribution of Agnes Heller in the book Além da Justiça. In this sense, the text was divided into three topics, in addition to the Introduction, namely: 1. Distributive justice in Nicomachean Ethics; 2. Fair distribution in Politics; 3. Agnes Heller's contribution on distributive justice is a succinct Conclusion not as a peroration, but as a reflection.
