Abstract

This article comes in the rehearsal form for being proposing the analysis of part of a larger research than it comes being developed in the Group of Research in Executive Secretariat, whose objective is to observe the space that the executive secretary occupies and the space that can still occupy in the universities, once this organization type comes if highlighting at the area West of Paraná in the last ten years. The objective of this rehearsal is, therefore, to characterize the universities aiming the possibilities of the executive secretary's performance in these organizations, demonstrating although some positions, for the good organizational development not only they coulded not, but they should necessarily contemplate the professional executive secretary.
