Abstract

A segment that has been highly appraised in evaluations of educational programs is the perception of graduates, since they provide fundamental subsidies to establish the link between graduation and professional practice, being able to improving the process of adjusting to new demands of the market. On dealing with secretarial area, it could be see a gap in the studies that are concerned with the performance and employability of the graduates from this area. Therefore, this research aims to identify the influence of the Executive Secretariat Course from Unioeste – Campus of Toledo on the professional carriers of its graduates. The empirical data were collected through questionnaires applied to a sample of 25.7% of the total graduates in the course. The main results indicate that the formation acquired at the graduation has a positive influence on the employability of the professionals from this area, enabling them to enter and build a successful career in the labor market, factor that can justify the high level of satisfaction from the respondents in relation to this course.
