ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO: UMA ANÁLISE SOBRE A EVOLUÇÃO DAS ÁREAS PESQUISADAS PELOS ALUNOS DA UNIOESTE

Abstract

Due to changes occurred in the market, such as increasing access to information technology, the development of knowledge and the dissemination of technological revolution, it was necessary to adapt the undergraduate courses on the formation of its professionals. In this context, major link between theory acquired in the classroom and work experience must exists, since it is necessary that students have the opportunity to complement their studies with application of theoretical knowledge learned, being supervised internship a privileged space for their achievement. Thus, with a view to such formation, the course of Executive Secretariat of Unioeste, in Parana State gives academics the completion of supervised practice, as a way to provide the opportunity for professional development. Furthermore, it is understood that it is crucial that the student performs relevant labor in organizations, which represents the current profile of the Executive Secretary, for the traineeship becomes a possibility of entering the labor market. Based on this problem, this study aimed to analyze the evolution of topics applied on supervised internship by the academics from Unioeste over time. In methodological terms, it is a case study with qualitative approach, and research procedures are given from documentary research. As for the results, although there have been no major changes in the themes discussed, the results indicate that there is consonance between the themes developed by academics and the demands of the labor market.
