Abstract

This paper presents research about teacher-student interaction aiming to  know whether inclusive didactic gestures are used. It was observed that,  despite the proposal changes in education, in many classes, the teacher still uses a didactic attitude with traditionalist behave. This result was reached by analyzing the interaction teacher-student guided by didactic gesture of a teacher in Portuguese classes, in a  7th grade, of a public school whose class there was a deaf student. This is a field research, of kind qualitative, developed by the lesson’s analysis that were videotaped. It was used like theoric conceptions of Goffman (1998) and Nascimento (2009). The identification and analisys of inclusive didactic gestures would make possible to development of strategies to the teacher makes her classes more dialogic and inclusive.
