Abstract

The paper deals with the digital inclusion of young people in the rural community of São Luís-MA, in Taim community through the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) based on studies of intelligence technologies and cognitive ecology of Pierre Lévy. The selected theme is very relevant since we are included in the information society, however many young people lack access technologies are the edge of this digital revolution. The descriptive study shows the results obtained from a sample of 45 subjects who were trained to use the Communication Information Technologies. And as a result of this experience was obtained the improvement of scientific knowledge, critical reading of reality that led to the production of eight video documentaries that portrayed the importance of community and network society ideal.
