Abstract

The different perspectives and the lack of uniform standards for evaluating the performance justified this study. The work aims at describing the methodology Multi-Criteria Decision Aid (MCDA) applied to the evaluation of teachers of the Center Applied Social Sciences (CCSA), UNIOESTE, campus of Marechal Cândido Rondon, PR. The MCDA provides that: organize the complexity of the problem; include subjective considerations; summarizing information and uniforms trials. The MCDA is a methodology that considers all its trials simultaneously, evaluating them for a joint and shows what is the relative importance of each criterion. The MCDA, if applied to the evaluation of performance of teachers, demonstrates which had been the implicit criteria to the evaluation, indicating the shares for the full utilization of human potential.
