Abstract

The reflection proposed in this study intends to show how the
Democratic State of Law can impose its power and interfere with the family,
seen as a private space. In order to achieve this purpose, the existing models
of State are briefly commented on and recent examples of State interference
in familial affairs are presented. The extend and the efficacy of such
interferences are also questioned.
