GERENCIAMENTO DOS RESÍDUOS SÓLIDOS E A LOGÍSTICA REVERSA PARA EMBALAGENS DE AGROTÓXICOS

From the discovery of the impacts caused to the environment by the use of pesticide and the unappropriated disposal of its packaging, the text approaches the need of the routinely appliance of the reverse logistic on the agribusiness, an instrument foreseen on the National Policy of Solid Waste – NPSW, with the goal of reaching legal sustainability patterns. To the theme’s analysis, the general aspects of the NPSW are brought, along with the concepts and challenges of the shared responsibility and the reverse logistic of this National Policy. Lastly, this study presents the post-consumption responsibility on the use of pesticide, highlighting the importance of the reverse logistic to the disposal of the empty packaging of these products.
