Abstract

This study aims to evaluate which conversational marketing actions the company Limpeza Real can adopt as a service provider. Conversational marketing is a marketing strategy that aims to improve the customer experience through personalized and interactive dialogues, using conversation as a means of communication to interact with customers in real time. The case study was chosen with qualitative research through a questionnaire with customers and quantitative research through observation of competitors. The results indicate that to increase the company's visibility, attract and retain customers through conversational marketing actions, chatbots should be used, strengthening the company's position in the competitive service sector. Chatbots, especially on WhatsApp, enhance communication, improving customer experience, personalization and real-time interaction
