This article aims to identify in the literature, mental health digital technologies applicability used by health professionals in Primary Health Care. This is an integrative literature review, anchored in original articles published between 2016 and 2022, with descriptors "Mental Health", "Digital Technology" and "Primary Health Care", in the following databases: PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, BVS and CINAHL. From the material obtained, 634 articles were found and 19 of them met the eligibility criteria. The applicability of digital technologies in mental health in the context of Primary Care is perceived through permanent education promotion, like an aid in decision-making, with better efficiency in internal and external communication and greater organization of information. However, difficulties in handling technologies, lack of training and financial resources were some of the managerial and operational barriers encountered. The findings allow us to understand that digital technologies are important allies of Primary Health Care work process, supporting care and educational practices related to mental health, with a view to overcoming daily work challenges.
