Abstract

Youth protagonism and social participation have become a topic of academic interest recently. Their role in demostrations and public actions have been considered substantially important for our society. This article maily focuses on the relationship between youth subjectivity and collective actions. It also describes the different perspectives that study youngsters activism and their participacipation in social movements.
The first part talks about the process that makes social movements as political actors, social conflicts mediators and places of political action and socialization. The second part shows the different ways of participate in the society and briefly explains some theories that identifies some common points in youth protagonism. The last part goes deeply into the bonding relationshps between youngsters inside the movements. Hopefully, this document will be an input to think about youth movements with new theoretical tools.
