O ENSINO DO USO DA MODALIZAÇÃO PARA ALUNOS DO NÍVEL FUNDAMENTAL II: UMA PRÁTICA POSSÍVEL

Abstract: We present theoretical application report on the teaching of modality for 9th graders of elementary school. Research was promoted in public schools in the urban area of the city of Cascavel, Paraná, in 2014, in order to sensitize students regarding the use of modalizers the orientation of certain meanings in the text. Started from the hypothesis that the students of the 9th grade of elementary school do not know argue in written production situations. Applied didactic proposal based on Koch's studies (2011), and Castilho and Castilho (1993) and Neves (1996), authors who served to the understanding that linguistic elements such as conjunctions, adverbs, adjectives, etc., serve to the construction of the text argument. We present in this article applied methodology and analysis of the results and hope to contribute to the process of teaching the use of modality, not just as an isolated content but as a phenomenon present in human language to be associated with the learning of reading and writing.
