This paper starts from an straigh analysys of modern tracks there still are presents in our contemporary social organization and, using the criticism basis, asks for the possibility and viability of thinking utopic projects. Arranging an analysis board with two contemporary authors (Wolfgang Welsch and Richard Rorty), produces a by-pass to think the place of the individual in the social field. It concludes with the same phrasis that begins.
