THE TECHNOLOGIES OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION IN THE PROCESS OF SPECIAL EDUCATION IN SEARCH OF THE AUTONOMY

This work investigated the opinion of instructors regarding computer science assisting or not it development of the autonomy for the pupil with educative necessities special. The exploratória research was carried through way questionnaire with 43 instructors of computer science of both the sexos. Such questionnaire was composed for questions that they looked to know the level of qualification for the work; to understand the agreement on the education and the computer as pedagogical tool; the concept of that he is an independent pupil; e the possibilities of use of the computer as an instrument that propitiates the interaction. The result of the research demonstrated: 1. that the level of instruction of the searched group is low, correspond in its majority only to average education; 2. that one parcels out significant (88%) affirm that the computer develops the autonomy; 3. the existence of a lack of understanding of the concept of autonomy, being the same one understood as the possibility of the pupils whom they choose what they want to learn; 4. how much to the computer as a instumento of interaction, that the great part of the instructors understands that it has interaction when the pupil answers to whom he was requested for software, demonstrating unfamiliarity of the interatividade concept, therefore he does not have ample interaction when exchange does not exist, having only reactivity in executing what he is requested.
