The present essay gain corpus starting from a fertile discussion developed with the members at the research group "Education: knowledge, Language and Multiculturalism" and it intends here to lift some relationships of Paulo Freire's educational thought, with reference to the inclusive education in the and for the diversity, as a process of the knowledge appropriation, an instrument of elevation of the citizenship, facilitating that the fight of the minorities is sustained by the lever of the knowledge that implies in the reflection - action and it allows collectively to the individual interchange in the social space, could still contribute with the intervention related to the education based in the alterity, incorporating like this, new elements at the human' formation in his multiplicity and the legitimation of his existence.
