This article has the objective to discourse, in a brief way, about the beginning and
development of the Radical Feminist Corrent, intending to identify on the patriarchate theory – its
principal purpose – the base of the female’s subordination. It is necessary, althought, a brief
passage trough the history to situate the Radical Feminism as a period of the extensive Feminist
Moviment, this one that has been acquiring its position in a team of the theories that have the
objective to promote women’s libertation.
