This work is part of a research, that still, in progress, whose objective is toinvestigate the modal paper of certain words from the clipping analysis of the Newspaper “La
Nación” propagated in the Internet during December of 2008 to May of 2009, considering the
way as the people could communicate by the language, broadcasting their beliefs and their
value’s judgments.It’s possible to observe that the modals elements removed of this newspaper
portrays an evaluative attitude of the author of the text in relation to the message expressed,
and still, establishes a more active interlocution with the reader trying to convince them though
the validity of the opinion in which the author of the text exposes value’s judgments, with this,
the author, many times, finish printing his trends.
