Keywords:
Trabalho, Psicologia Organizacional, Narrativa.Abstract
This article aims to investigate some thoughts about the work world from the construction of a narrative interspersed with theoretical arguments about the transformations that permeate the field of psychologists working in organizations. In addition to visiting different historical sites related to the work world, the narrative attempts not to cleave a linear construction of reality, trying to show in a simple imaginary language, the settings of the current market work and the future possibilities transformations. It also portrays the paradoxes of the action of a psychologist who can contribute both to the maintenance of the structures of control and exploitation as well as for the modification of such conditions.Downloads
