It is the purpose of the present study to evaluate the process of empowerment in the forest production between forest workers or not forest workers, agrarian reformer settlers of rural area to the amazonas, and that was assisted to the promanejo. the survey results showed that are correlations between understandings and accepts about project only with technical assistance and management of work.
