This article deals of the impacts of lexical ambiguity found in the field of texts of technological innovation, arising out of this ambiguity impact of language other phenomena, such as, polysemy, the ambivalence semantics and vagueness or indeterminacy, key phrases in this area, as well as the importance of innovation lexicon transactions much for regional business technology transfer as shares to the integration and consolidation of economic blocks internationals. To that end, as a method to adopt the analysis of the assumptions of corpus linguistic, mediated by tools for automatic extraction information supplied for computational linguistics.
