DIVERSIDADE CULTURAL E LINGUÍSTICA NAS ESCOLAS DE FRONTEIRA BRASIL/PARAGUAI

Diante da realidade multilingue e multicultural da região de fronteira entre Brasil e Paraguai, devido a sua formação étnico-linguistica resultante do fluxo migratório e dos conflitos étinicos, culturais e linguísticos vivenciados por diversos alunos nas escolas desta região, deparamo-nos com algumas dificuldades encontradas por estas escolas com relação ao processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Dentre as dificuldades mais freqüentes esta a de como ensinar o português para um aluno estrangeiro, sendo que não há a opção de ensiná-la como segunda língua, isto porque, a Língua Portuguesa é ensinada como língua materna independente de quem seja o aluno; a presença de alunos bilíngues ou, até mesmo, de alunos que não conhecem o português na modalidade escrita; como reconhecer um aluno brasiguaio e ajudá-lo a superar as suas dificuldades de aprendizagem e, ainda, experiências de preconceito e estigma vivenciadas por estes alunos. Frente a esta realidade, objetiva-se contribuir com reflexões sobre como a escola tem lidado com os conflitos expostos acima e sobre a necessidade de formação específica para professores das escolas de região de fronteira. Para tanto, tem-se como base, os estudos de Suassuna (1995), Moita Lopes (2002), Santos (2004), Coracini (2007), Dalinghaus (2009), Teis (2007), dentre outros.Downloads
