Abstract

Research advances in Neuroscience demonstrate the benefits of meditation on physical and mental health, giving a significant contribution to a better quality of life. As long as neurophysiologic fields of meditative states experience are known, more is permitted to know about reaching personal or professional targets, beyond its contribution for intense emotional changes control.
