Volleyball: alternative practices in the face of new paradigms

Abstract

The text shows alternative volleyball practices that can be applied in the initiation of the sport, in Physical Education classes, in recreational activities. However, it takes into account paradigms that respect the human being in his/her individuality and diversity, observing, at first, aspects of “inclusion” (instead of exclusion) and of “cooperation” (instead of competition).
