Abstract

This text describes experiences lived in the city of Toledo (PR), related to the festival nature activities offered to all the children that attended the initial years of Elementary School and  municipal infantile education centers. Some of the objectives were: to promote a period with physical-recreational activities that consider all the children that study in the schools and municipal infantile education centers from Toledo; to involve different corporal activities, adopting a cooperative and solidarity attitude without discriminating the colleagues because of their performance, for social or physical reasons; to make possible playful recreational activities in a cooperative way; to have the opportunity of several motor experiences. The participative methodology was applied for the festival development letting all the children have a chance to play in the several stations. In a latter evaluation, this proposal was approved by the majority of the schools and municipal infantile education centers, being underlined the idea of the inclusion and the cooperation experienced in the activities. That occurred because in the previous events it prevailed competitive tricks and games where only a few children (the best ones) participated.
