Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the changes that have occurred in school Physical Education in recent decades, considering curriculum guidelines, pedagogical approaches, and teacher training. The research identifies advances in theorization and the pursuit of more inclusive and reflective pedagogical practices. However, it concludes that there are still challenges in the effective implementation of these changes due to structural and cultural factors. Despite these difficulties, there is a continuous movement of renewal and adaptation by teachers and institutions.
