The Caderno de Educação Física e Esporte is an Open Access journal and is hosted by the Saber Project (Electronic Journal Library Access System) of the State University of Western Paraná, aiming to provide mechanisms for controlling and managing the process of receiving, evaluating and publishing scientific articles submitted to the portal. The portal offers free access to its content based on the principle that making scientific information freely available to the public provides greater democratization of knowledge. We invite libraries to list our journal, which is publicly accessible, in their electronic journal catalogs. This publishing system is also designed to be hosted and operated by research libraries to support the work of publishing journals by academic staff.
