DIAGNOSIS OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES SECRETARIAL

Abstract

This study aimed to, check the precepts of Knowledge Management and the insertion of the Professional Executive Secretary as agent information sharing. The importance of this research is in how to meet the Professional Executive Secretariat which operates in the area or not, this inserted in Knowledge Management and how he uses it in the organizational environment. The methodology of this article used the kind of descriptive research in the context of Quantitative Approach, using the strategy of survey developed trough the analysis of quantitative descriptive questionnaires applied to graduates of executive secretariat course at the Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste/UNICENTRO. As a result, one can see that the executive secretariat professionals understand the importance that knowledge management has in their daily life, using it to improve their activates, and the organizations that recognize the value of knowledge.
