Abstract

This article aims to foster reflections and understanding about Climate Change and Education for Sustainability. Based on classical and contemporary references, it seeks to provide better insights into knowledge, actions, and opportunities for integrating education and climate, guided by the Sustainable Development Goals (especially SDG 13) and the climate emergency. Drawing on previous research, this review presents a historical overview of discussions on Climate Change, its social, environmental, and economic implications, and proposes solutions to tackle these challenges in the context of sustainability and education.
