Abstract

Abstract: Consider the process of absorption and literary, transformation acting critically and historically is the purpose of this article, by proposing a comparative work under an intertextual analysis to understand the relationship in the poem of Gabriela Mistral, "Electra in La Niebla" with the canonical reference of the Electra myth based on all the poetic value of each work interchangeably, noting that, if the texts are produced in different cultures, times and places. In the Mistral poem the sound and sense are perfectly constructed, it can be said that every word out polished very hard, as well as describes Paul Valery. In the intertextual play, the poet undoubtedly through allusion, re-meaning words manages to refer to the myth without the need of quoting the origin of it, and, in an odd way conveys the action and the feeling of his character, just for his work with verbal material, whose word semanticity on the back is so exclusive and unique that even its translation becomes a very difficult mission. In this work with poetic language, it is noticed that despite all the intertextual presence through these allusions, the poem brings another scenario, express new emotions and sensations, and remains the continuous movement of literary art in an act of circularity.
