Abstract

This article presents some results of a dissertation and describes the results of content analysis of 13 Political-Pedagogical Projects of the municipal schools of Maringá-PR, regarding to the health issue in school. The research was conducted in March 2013, about 2012 documents, provided by the City Department of Education (SEDUC). The research analyzed the words in the lexical universe of health in the Guiding Topics of the documents. Five (5) categories on Topics were focused to analysis: health, hygiene, sports, food and environment.  Among the results, stands out the lack of concrete strategies to propose or promote health in schools.
