Abstract

The work attempts to contribute for the discussion of that subject of the largest
relevance in our time, which is the "inclusion" of carriers of special necessities in the school
of fundamental teaching. When speaking directly of the modern school of general education it
doesn't escape from the specific theme, because, in the present, the idea is the one of in her "
to include " PNEs. The exhibition evidences the that is that school and the immanent
characteristics to its operation to verify the favorable objective conditions are created to the "
inclusion " proposal. It is not placed in discussion the aspects doutrinários of the inclusion,
because it is desirable and salutary that all the children and young, independent of its special
necessities and of its talents, share the school life and in her they are nurtured, among other
reasons to attend to the imperatives of the social coexistence and of the socialização. A
discussão cinge-se, portanto, à esfera das políticas de "inclusão".
