RETOS Y OPORTUNIDADES PARA LAS INCUBADORAS UNIVERSITARIAS: UN ANÁLISIS INTEGRADOR

Resumen

Este artículo buscó identificar las barreras y facilitadores que enfrentan las incubadoras universitarias en los procesos colaborativos. Se trata de una revisión bibliográfica integradora de los últimos tres años (2021-2023) utilizando las bases de datos PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus y SAGE Journals. Tras el cribado y las comprobaciones de elegibilidad, trece estudios cumplieron los criterios de inclusión. Los artículos revisados incluían estudios realizados en los continentes americano, europeo, asiático y africano. Los principales factores relacionados con la alta eficacia indican la formación empresarial en las universidades, la cultura docente y universitaria, la cultura industrial/empresarial y los vehículos de financiación. Está claro que las diferencias culturales, institucionales y organizativas son obstáculos para un rendimiento más satisfactorio. Los programas de formación pueden mejorar la comprensión de los valores y las motivaciones y desarrollar competencias para la investigación, el desarrollo y la innovación.
