The Influence of strategic people management on organizational productivity

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impacts of strategic people management on organizational productivity in two private companies located in Unaí, Minas Gerais. The methodology used in the development of the study was a qualitative exploratory research, with respect to the research techniques, bibliographic research was used to build the theoretical framework, and a semi-structured interview script was used to collect data. The empirical research highlighted that the factors that influence productivity are wages, benefits, motivation, individual commitment, and clarity of objectives; performance management is the tool used to develop employees in the workplace; training, team and leader training, and personal and professional alignment are the strategies used to achieve results.
