Abstract

This article aims at the discussion of the administration of the school under the democratic perspective considering the school as locus in which also feels the citizen's formation. The faculty, personal technician-administrative, the pedagogic coordination and the intra-school and extra-school community's representatives have fundamental paper in that process and, therefore, they have a the voice right, vote and chance in the decisions the one that they come to be taken in benefit of all. Like this, the collective participation in a democratic administration will implicate a citizen's more participant formation in the society in that it is inserted, coherent and autonomous in your decisions for the exercise of the citizenship. Through a reflection mediated by the specialized literature, we verified that the democratic administration is a construction, easy, but responsibility of all and of each one.
