CONHECIMENTO PARA O ENSINAR MATEMÁTICA NA EDUCAÇÃO PRIMÁRIA NOS MANUAIS DIDÁTICOS MEXICANOS

Resumen

This study aims to identify the knowledge to teach mathematics in the early years of primary education in Mexican textbooks. This study will make it possible to recognize which subdomains of the specialized knowledge of the teacher who teaches mathematics are revealed in the methodological suggestions presented in the textbooks. The guiding question of this research is: What specialized knowledge is evidenced by Mexican textbooks of primary education? The methodology used in this research is documentary. Thus, to carry out this research, we will analyze the textbooks available on the website of the Mexican government. With the selection of textbooks will be analyzed the guidelines for teachers and methodological suggestions, in which we will use the theoretical conception of the studies on the Specialized Knowledge of the Mathematics Teacher   The most evidenced knowledge in textbooks are the Knowledge for the Teaching of Mathematics – KMT. We consider that this research promotes a greater knowledge of the scenario and the educational conceptions to teach mathematics present in the Mexican textbooks of primary education, as well as the specialized knowledge of the teacher revealed in the documents analyzed.
