Abstract

This paper seeks to analyze the trajectory of a teacher training scholarship from the Scholarship Program of Introduction to Teaching - PIBID at UNEB, Campus XVI in Irecê, the interior of Bahia. We present the goals of the program, the organization and the experiences of initiation to teaching narrated by market, by means of which reflect the formative trajectory licencianda, considering the training path constituted based on experiences in the field school to which he belonged. For the development of research, we chose the approach (Auto) Biographical from studies brought by Nóvoa (2000), Delory-Momberg (2008, 2012), Pineau (2003), among others. This choice is anchored in the possibility to unlock the meanings of life course-training-profession of scholarship, in the introduction to teaching in schools experienced field process. We discuss the implications of PIBID in the initial formation of the market, the desire to be a teacher yet born of his memories as a student, considering that knowledge of self promoted self-education during their training in the program. In this sense, we take the narrative interview as a research device, offering reflections on the construction of teacher identity from the different training areas that are evidenced in the life history of scholarship. With the development of the work, we realized that the market presents his teaching career as a guiding element of the senses to be a teacher in order to be able to contribute to raising the quality of basic education in their rural home community.
