Abstract

From the date of the ' social-cultural-educational ' training for citizenship (city educator, learning society, society for all ages), in non-formal learning at Community level to ' low density pedagogies ', the individual promotes the dialogue, communication and knowledge within the framework of a pedagogy of alterity.
